We are convinced that the best thing we can ever do is to worship God by meeting him in his Word and bringing our prayers and praises to Him. So every Sunday at 10am we meet for an hour to worship God together as God's family. This includes hearing God’s Word through the reading and preaching of the Bible, singing, praying, and sharing the Lord’s Supper.

What to expect.
Will I have to do

In short, no. Church is an excellent place to come if Christianity is new or unfamiliar to you. Some may have been to church several times but feel they would like to understand better what it’s all about, others may have little if any experience of church, the Bible, or Jesus. Whatever your situation, you are welcome. Feel free to just sit and listen — just make sure you come along to find out more.

What should I wear?
There is no dress code for coming to church. So don’t worry so much about what you’re wearing that you don’t make it through the door! The point is we are not coming to impress other people we are coming to meet with God.
What if my kids
noise?
The church is a family, which means it includes people of every age, so we love having children in church with us. A third of our church are under 10!
We understand that children can be noisy at times, and it can take time to help them learn to worship God. We really don’t mind a bit of noise, but if your children get noisy enough to distract others, please do take them out to the foyer until they have calmed down. We are very happy for parents to come and go with their children during the service — it's all part of the learning process.
We also have activity sheets and pencils for children to use to help them to engage with and follow the sermon. These will be distributed, and extra copies can be found on the table on the way into the hall.
As part of our duty to care for children responsibly, all our elders and any others given responsibility for children have enhanced DBS checks. You can also contact our safeguarding team here.

Yes! And there is plenty of space to store them during the service if you need to.
